Community Education and Involvement

  • Annual seminars to train church leaders and community advocates how to respond most effectively to help women in need, especially those in violent relationships.
  • Education on all aspects of domestic violence and sexual assault, anger management, and personal accountability.
  • Newspaper articles and newsletters to raise awareness in our rural community.
  • Direct involvement with local businesses and churches to meet families’ immediate physical needs.
  • Participation in community events
